“My old lab usually shakes at the groomer. With Dana, he walked right into the van and came back looking so proud.”
Senior dog parent · Sellwood
“I booked from the school pickup line and had a time before I got home. The driveway setup is a lifesaver.”
Two-dog household · Hawthorne
“She was honest about my doodle’s matting, kind about it, and made a plan that didn’t overwhelm him.”

Good to know

Before the van pulls up.

Still wondering about something? Start a booking and the assistant will help — Dana steps in whenever needed.

What happens to my deposit if I miss the appointment?

Your $15 deposit goes toward the final total. If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, it can be refunded. For a late cancellation or no-show, it’s kept because that time was saved just for your dog.

My dog gets nervous. Can you still groom them?

Usually, yes. One-on-one grooming is often calmer than a busy shop. Tell me what your dog finds hard when you book. Reactive dogs and dogs with a bite history get a quick personal review from me first.

What if my dog’s coat is matted?

Please mention it when you book so I can allow enough time. I’ll choose the kindest practical option for your dog, explain it clearly, and never surprise you with a plan at the door.

What’s inside the grooming van?

Everything I need: a warm-water tub, grooming table, dryer, fresh towels, shampoo and my own power and water. I just need a safe place to park close to your home.

Can you remind me when it’s time to rebook?

Yes. Most dogs do best on a six-to-eight-week rhythm. I’ll send a friendly reminder with a few real openings when your dog is getting close to due.

A calmer groom is right outside.

Tell me about your dog and I’ll find the next good fit on your neighborhood’s route.
